Your Tasks:

  • Interface funcion for all activities between the branch in North Africa and the parent company in Germany, Gummersbach
  • Creation of a development strategy for the company in coordination with the managing directors
  • Regular reporting to the German management on key customers in Morocco
  • Management of team members and assignment of tasks for the existing bidding projects and completed contracts as well as regular status meetings for order tracking
  • Review of commercial and technical offers and relevant price proposals
  • Contract management with customer on site (e.g. changes of LTSA)
  • Coordination/expediting of deliveries from European suppliers to Morocco
  • Participation in the hiring process in Morocco

 

Your qualification:

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering or comparable training
  • Many years of professional experience in plant engineering, preferably in the field of power generation plants and flue gas cleaning systems
  • Product knowledge in plant engineering, preferably in the above mentioned, is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of contract and project management
  • Good knowledge of procurement markets in plant engineering
  • First leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, flexibility and assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of Arabic and French for Morocco, knowledge of written and spoken German and English desirable
