Quality Management

We place particular emphasis on the health and safety of our employees, which of course includes occupational safety and environmental protection.

In addition to systematic and effective occupational safety based on the "AMS - Occupational Safety with a System" and the clear objective of continuous improvement in all areas, which are cyclically audited and certified by VBG in accordance with NLF/ILO-OSH 2001 and the requirements of DIN ISO 45001, we also offer a variety of preventive measures to actively promote the health of our employees.

Of course, we also focus on environmental and climate protection, which is why we place particular importance on resource-saving, sustainable behaviour and working practices. We are therefore preparing for certification to the Sustainability Reporting Standards (SRS) in accordance with the Corporate Sustainable Reporting Directive (CSRD) of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the EU Taxonomy.

In order to meet our own quality expectations and, in particular, those of our clients in our projects, we have implemented a comprehensive quality assurance system for our products and services. The PDCA Cycle is also applied to these processes to ensure continuous improvement.

We ensure the high quality of our work through continuous training and professional development of our employees. Their high qualifications, specialist knowledge and interdisciplinary skills contribute significantly to our high quality standards.
